After-sale Service Pledge 　　With the idea of Customer is God, the factory built up an after-sale service team to solve problems and provide maintenance after sale. This team has strong technology strength and fine style of work. Under proper use, for products inside quality, we provide maintenance for one year, "three guarantees" service and life service. For customers of the city, we ensure maintenance in 24 hours; and for customers of other cities, we ensure maintenance in 48 hours. We also present customers a spare weighing instrument for free so as to increase using efficiency and reduce maintaining time. Plan of Training 　　The factory practices field training and training in the factory for free. Each time after installment and adjustment, we'll provide operator field training for customers,---practical operation in the field till mastering. We also welcome customers go to the factory for free training.
