Precautions for use

1. Perform an annual inspection of the heating cable before using it in winter. Test insulation and waterproofing checks. Use megohmmeter 550V and 1000V files to conduct insulation test on electric heating and regional pipelines. The insulation resistance should be greater than 20M.

2. It is strictly forbidden to expose the electric heating cable to the heat insulation layer, otherwise it will increase energy consumption and reduce service life.

3. The first end of the electric heating cable is connected to the power cord, and the first and last end heads must be waterproofed.

4. When the ambient temperature is close to zero degrees, the electric heating cable control switch is turned on to make its production temperature to prevent the water inlet and outlet pipes from freezing.

5. An electric leakage protection switch should be installed for electric heating, and it should work in a dry state.
